Wordless Wednesday

Day 4 (Epic Picture!)

Focus lock can be used to kinda blur something that you don't want focus on. Making it easier to focus on one subject that will be in the focus area. In the final composition focus lock can be used with any focus area.

Day 3 (White Balance)

White balance ensures that colors are unaffected by the color of the light source. Auto white balance is recommended for most light sources; if other values can be selected according to the type of source. the following options are available P, S, and M, modes, auto, incandescent, fluorescent, direct sunlight, flash cloudy, shade, and white balance preset.

Day 2

Getting good results using auto focus.
Auto focus does not always work, like, if there is little or no contrast between the subject and the background, the subject is dominated by regular geometric patterns, the subject appears smaller than the focus manual, the focus area contains objects at different distances from the camera, the focus area contains areas of sharply contrasting brightness like if the subject is half in the shade, and if the subject contains many fine details. those are some of the things auto focus won't work on.
Go over and check out Ken's photo a day at http://www.artistken.blogspot.com
