Hot sauce! (:

In our house it's a major crisis if we run out of Texas Pete, But hot sauce does have some good qualities for you! Here are some facts about Hot sauce:
1. It improves digestion. (I didn't even know that!)
2. It unclogs stuffy noses.
3. May reduce high blood pressure.
4. May protect from some forms of cancer. (Thats AWESOME!)
5. Peppers are cholesterol free, low in sodium and calories, rich in Vitamins A and C, and a good source of folic acid, potassium and Vitamin.
6. peppers are known to reduce many harmful bacteria on foods.
Thats only some of the facts!
